Sundays at the Library are all about health and wellbeing:) Consider joining one of our informal wellness sessions on Sunday afternoons:
2-2:45 pm – Meditation Basics
3-4 pm – Yoga for Every Body
4-4:45 pm – Qigong for Seniors

There is no cost for any of these programs, and no experience is required.
