Qigong at the Library

Om Sweet Om presents Qigong!

Qigong is an integral aspect of traditional Chinese medicine, and typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.

No experience necessary! Sessions will build upon one another; consistent attendance is encouraged but not required.

Classes will occur Sundays, starting January 21st, 2018 and going through February 11th. From 2:00 to 2:45 pm in the Kozak room.

The cost is free, but donations are accepted. Anything you can offer will be used to ensure well-being and mindfulness programs can continue in our community.

Hot tea will be provided, courtesy of The Bean.
