Our friends over at RBDigital have created this helpful tutorial video to walk you through the new integrated app for accessing ebook, eaudio book, and emagazine content.
RBDigital is streamlining its patron interface, as of June 27th. For the first time in the industry, audiobooks, magazines, and eBooks will be available in one easy-to-use app. Other key features include:
– A significantly improved user experience
– App-based patron notifications to help with tech support and engagement
– Faster, easier search
– Exclusive content
RBDigital will be migrating the app and website at approximately 8 pm on June 26th. Unfortunately, patrons will likely experience downtime during the 14-hour migration period. The new app and website will be live by the morning of June 27th.
