Lunch & Learn

Join us for Lunch & Learn this Friday, October 4th, as we learn more about the new PBS series by Ken Burns, COUNTRY MUSIC.

Cook the Book Starts Next Tuesday!

The theme for the first meeting of Cook the Book is… What Did You Do On Your Summer Vacation?

Did you try a new dish this summer? Was there something you ate that stood out as particularly tasty? Or maybe you want to share something that you feel embodies the season of school breaks, road trips, picnics, and sun. Recreate the recipe of your choosing and bring it to the first meeting of Cook the Book! Tuesday, October 1st at noon.

No need to double the recipe! If you need help or inspiration, we have an extensive cookbook section in Nonfiction 641.

Early Out Movie

The Early Out Movie this Friday is The Secret Life of Pets 2! Showing for free at the Coyote Twin Theatre.

Friday, September 20th at 2:00 pm.

Max the terrier encounters canine-intolerant cows, hostile foxes and a scary turkey when he visits the countryside. Luckily for Max, he soon catches a break when he meets Rooster, a gruff farm dog who tries to cure the lovable pooch of his neuroses.
