Library Room Reservation Requests
Room use is by reservation only; all requests are on a first-come, first-served basis and must abide by our Meeting Room Policy. For more information, or to confirm reservations submitted, please call our Circulation Desk at 677.7060, or email our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To view room availability, follow the ‘View Full Schedule’ button below. The Calendar that appears will allow you to view all events and reservations for a given day/week/month, but can also be adjusted to allow for viewing just a single room. Simply click on the colored room list located at the far left of the calendar to hide/view particular rooms.
This calendar is intended to provide an overview of Library events and room reservations. Library Rooms are only available to reserve 3 months out. Reservations are limited to once per week, per organization. Our staff will do our best to accommodate requests, with the understanding that internal Library and City events take highest priority. Staff are not responsible for accidental oversights, double-bookings, or any unforeseen events which may necessitate room schedule shifts.
