Library Room Reservation Requests
Room use is by reservation only; all requests are on a first-come, first-served basis and must abide by our Meeting Room Policy. For more information, or to confirm reservations submitted, please call our Circulation Desk at 605.677.7060, or email our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The library also has tables and chairs available for use. Currently there are nine 2.5′ x 8′ tables and seven 2.5′ x 6′ tables, as well as four 5′ round tables. Please let us know if you intend to use these so we may make sure they are available.
To view room availability, follow the ‘View Full Schedule’ button below. The Calendar that appears will allow you to view all events and reservations for a given day/week/month, but can also be adjusted to allow for viewing just a single room. Simply click on the colored room list located at the far left of the calendar to hide/view particular rooms.
To submit an request for the Kozak Room that extends beyond normal library hours, please visit the Library Circulation Desk or print and fill out the After Hours Room Reservation Request form here. Please submit the completed form to our Library Director, Daniel Burniston.
This calendar is intended to provide an overview of Library events and room reservations. Reservations are limited to once per week, per organization. Our staff will do our best to accommodate requests, with the understanding that internal Library and City events take highest priority. Staff are not responsible for accidental oversights, double-bookings, or any unforeseen events which may necessitate room schedule shifts.
