The Vermillion Meditation group still meets at the Library on Sundays from 2-2:45 pm. Each week is led by a different practitioner, and sessions are open to all. There is even free tea provided by The Bean!
The Om Sweet Om organization is returning to the Public Library this winter & spring with weekly meditation/mindfulness sessions led by multiple practitioners with multiple approaches. Participants are welcome to bring their own meditation cushion, although limited cushions/bolsters are available. Hot tea provided by the Bean!
Sundays, beginning January 8th, from 2-2:45 pm
No experience is necessary – anyone able to sit quietly and focus for 45 minutes is welcome. Come for one session, or all of them. There is no charge, but free-will donations are welcome.
